Multiple pools and lazy rivers are fantastic for families. Staff was friendly, especially at mini golf. Shuttle service to parks had limited times, which was a bit inconvenient. great amenities for kids like playground and games room.

Great location with spacious rooms and lovely lake views. The pools and amenities are impressive, perfect for relaxation after Disney days. Food was enjoyable, especially the omelettes and dinner at Back Bay Grill, thanks to Carmelo’s excellent service. housekeeping was lacking; our room went unserviced all day, and towels at the pool took over two hours. Parking was frustrating, too, especially with a larger vehicle. Despite these hiccups, the friendly staff and overall atmosphere made for a memorable stay. Just a few adjustments could elevate the experience further.

Good food options and multiple heated pools make for a pleasant environment. the shuttle service to the parks could use improvement; timings are limiting. On the downside, our mini-fridge underperformed, and basic amenities felt overpriced. The staff was occasionally less than welcoming, which detracted from the experience. While there are some great features here, the cost versus value ratio leaves room for improvement. A solid choice for those wishing to relax without the Disney frenzy—but make sure expectations are in check.

This resort is perfectly positioned for those who love exploring, with almost 2 km to Epcot and Disney's Boardwalk and just over 3 km to Walt Disney World Resort, making it easy to stroll over to these iconic attractions or grab a meal at nearby restaurants like La Luce and Escudos Bar & Grill, which are all within a short walk of less than 5 minutes. The resort offers great amenities, including multiple swimming pools and a spacious game room, but access to some facilities felt a bit restricted and could improve.

The room smelled awful, like a wet dog, and even after I mentioned it, only the shower curtain got replaced. The exterior one still stank.

This place is super pretty and well-kept! The pool area feels like a tropical paradise, and our room was spacious with a lovely lake view. We loved the breakfast at the pirate-themed cafe, and the lazy river was a blast. It was tricky to get pool towels sometimes.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space just right. The shower, separate from the toilet and vanity, was roomy and featured great water pressure. the pillows could use an upgrade—too soft for my liking. The view from higher floors is stunning, though we stayed on a lower level. The shower amenities, like soap and shampoo dispensers, were a nice touch. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after busy days.

The view of the fireworks each night is just epic. The staff is top-notch, and Lawrence is a superstar who really goes above and beyond, answering all my questions. Nice little spots around to unwind and reflect after a long day.

I had an absolute blast at this hotel! The pools were amazing, especially the two lazy rivers – perfect for a chill day. The staff was so friendly and my room had a beautiful view of the lake that made every morning feel special!

We had a blast exploring the world and jamming to Garden Rocks Concerts. Then, we hit up the resort's wild pools, lazy rivers, and even mini-golf—total paradise for us party animals!
Yo, an awesome addition would be a lit outdoor party area with music and games for us youngsters to keep the fun going all night long! .

we had a great stay at Wyndham. the friendly staff and excellent service made our experience enjoyable. the location is perfect for accessing the nearby parks, and the multiple pools were a nice feature. the housekeeping staff kept our room very clean, and we enjoyed the stunning lake view from our balcony.

The property was stunning and well, maintained, offering multiple pools at different resorts nearby. The staff at the front desk was accommodating, allowing us an early check, in. We appreciated the convenience of having shuttle services to the Disney parks readily available.
Communication with housekeeping was challenging as they didn't speak English, and they often missed emptying trash cans and providing fresh towels. During our 9, day stay, our room was never vacuumed, leaving visible dirt and crumbs on the carpet.

The manicure and pedicure were divine! Access to four top-notch golf courses nearby was a great bonus. Free shuttle to Epcot was a lifesaver.

We had an amazing time during our city trip! The hotel staff were super friendly and made sure we had a great time. The pools were fantastic and easily accessible, perfect for our January getaway. We loved walking around the beautiful lake, and our room with a lake view was just perfect.
There were a few downsides during our stay. The prices for items on the property were quite high, making it feel a bit pricey to purchase essentials.

During our recent stay at Bonnet Creek, we found some aspects of the hotel to be quite delightful. The ironing facilities in the room were handy for keeping our clothes wrinkle-free, and the air conditioning worked well to keep us comfortable in the Florida heat. We also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities for a morning pick-me-up. The sitting area in the room was a nice touch, providing a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions. While we didn't have a terrace, the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep without disturbances from outside. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the carpeted floor in the room. It showed signs of wear and tear, which may have contributed to our allergies acting up. we found the lack of free toiletries to be a bit disappointing, as it's always nice to have those amenities provided. The flat-screen TV was a good size and offered a decent selection of channels for some downtime in the room. We did try room service one evening, but the food quality was lacking compared to the prices charged. The burger we ordered was overcooked and not up to par with what we expected from a resort of this caliber. the staff were helpful, and we appreciated the free shuttle service to the nearby attractions. the shuttle service could be more user-friendly and efficient, as we found ourselves having to resort to taking taxis on a couple of occasions.

We had a fantastic time at the pools and slides, and the amenities were a great relief for the kids and us. The resort's location near the Disney parks was incredibly convenient. The bed was comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. We appreciated the special attention given to our daughter on her birthday, making her feel truly special. I'll recommend this hotel.

the wyndham was so clean and close to walt disney world! i could see the fireworks from my balcony. the shuttle to disney was super convenient and the staff at the pool bar were so friendly and the food was delish.

Our stay at this resort was fantastic! We loved the convenience of having so many activities within walking distance, including mini golf, pools, and an arcade. The highlight for us was taking leisurely walks around the beautiful lake. The property itself was well-maintained and clean, offering high-quality amenities. Even during a hurricane, the staff did their best to ensure guest safety. The bar staff were exceptional, providing excellent service. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Room communication and updates could be improved.
